Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. PurrLearn / 喵学堂 ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

We collect: (1) account info — the email, nickname, and hashed password you provide at sign-up (or basic info from third-party login); (2) learning data — your course progress, streaks, hearts, wrong answers, and achievements, to provide and sync your learning; (3) subscription status and validity. Guests who don't sign up keep progress only in their browser; it is not uploaded.

Payments: subscriptions are handled by our payment provider Creem. Your card and payment credentials are collected and stored by Creem; we never see or store your full payment details — we only receive whether a subscription succeeded.

Third parties: we use Render (app hosting), Cloudflare (DNS & email forwarding), and Creem (payments), which may process necessary technical data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data anytime via support@purrlearn.com.

Cookies / local storage: used to keep you signed in, remember your language, and store guest progress.
