Yearly / Lifetime: if you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. After 14 days we can't refund, but you can cancel a yearly plan anytime to stop the next renewal.
Monthly: cancel anytime; you keep access for the month you've paid and aren't charged again. The current charged month is generally non-refundable (small, billed monthly).
How to request: email support@purrlearn.com with your account email and purchase details. We'll handle it within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original method via Creem; bank posting times vary.
Problems (double charges, accidental purchase, etc.): contact us and we'll verify and refund promptly.
Please don't file a bank chargeback first — emailing us is usually faster.
